Running Near Empty:

CAHR's objective
for this project was to research and analyze current
apprenticeship and workplace training initiatives
in the automotive manufacturing sector, including
barriers and shortfalls, best practices, opportunities,
and recommendations. To accomplish this, research
was conducted through a series of con- fidential
interviews with a broad cross-section of industry
to learn about apprenticeship and workplace training.
