The third module will provide a road map for a new Adjustment Committee. It will help them to get organized and explain the roles and responsibilities of committee members. The module includes resources such as a sample agenda for committee meetings, selection criteria for a chairperson and a list of factors to consider when choosing members of the Peer Helper Team to support activities in an Action Centre. It also reviews the type of information that’s useful for determining the needs of the displaced workers and assessing if the services are meeting those needs.
