The fourth module will be of use to the Adjustment Committee and Action Centre Team who staff the Action Centre, as well as Adjustment Committee members. It discusses the kind of adjustment services that a Committee should consider offering displaced workers and how to introduce those services at the Action Centre. The module provides guidance and practical tools to help with the efficient day-to-day running of an Action Centre including communications with workers, potential employers, government and community agencies as well as educational institutions.
